We stand behind BioGenius and want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you're not happy with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
- You have used fewer than 50% of your monthly bio generation allowance
- You have not previously received a refund for BioGenius services
- Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@biogenius.app
- Include your account email and reason for the refund request
- We'll review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No future charges will be made to your account
- Your account will revert to the Free plan with 3 bios per month
- All previously generated bios remain accessible in your account
Annual Subscription Refunds
For annual subscriptions, partial refunds may be available:
- Full refund available within 30 days if usage is under 50% of monthly allowance
- After 30 days, pro-rated refunds based on unused months may be considered
- Pro-rated refunds require approval and are subject to usage limitations
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after 30 days from initial purchase
- Accounts that have used more than 50% of their monthly bio allowance
- Violations of our Terms of Service or acceptable use policy
- Technical issues resolved within 48 hours of reporting
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content after extensive usage
- Requests for partial monthly refunds (except annual plans)
Free Plan
Our Free plan with 3 bios per month remains available to all users. No refunds are applicable to free services.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate your case by:
- Sending a detailed appeal to appeals@biogenius.app
- Including all relevant account information and circumstances
- Our senior team will review appeals within 5 business days
